CUSTOMS DUTY (SPECIAL REMISSION) AMENDMENT ORDER 2012

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the power conferred by section 2 of the
Customs Duty (Special Remission) Act 1951, makes the following Order:

Citation
This Order may be cited as the Customs Duty (Special Remission) Amendment

Order 2012.

Amends Customs Duty (Commercial Fishermen) (Diesel Fuel) Remission Order 2006
In paragraph 4 of the Customs Duty (Commercial Fishermen) (Diesel Fuel)

Remission Order 2006 (commencement and expiration) delete “31 March 2012” and
substitute “31 March 2017”.

Amends Customs Duty (Commercial Fishermen) (Gasoline Fuel) Remission Order
2010

In paragraph 4 of the Customs Duty (Commercial Fishermen) (Gasoline Fuel)
Remission Order 2010 (commencement and expiration) delete “31 March 2012” and
substitute “31 March 2017”.

Amends Customs Duty (Ettrick Animal Hospital) Remission Order 2010
In paragraph 5 of the Customs Duty (Ettrick Animal Hospital) Remission Order

2010 (commencement and expiration) delete “31 March 2012” and substitute “31 March
2014”.
