CUSTOMS DUTY (SPECIAL REMISSION) AMENDMENT ORDER 2011

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the power conferred by section 2 of the
Customs Duty (Special Remission) Act 1951, makes the following Order:

Citation
This Order may be cited as the Customs Duty (Special Remission) Amendment

Order 2011.

Amends Customs Duty (The Bermuda Perfumery) Remission Order 2006
In paragraph 5 of the Customs Duty (The Bermuda Perfumery) Remission Order

2006 (expiry date) delete “31 March 2011” and substitute “31 March 2016”.

Amends Customs Duty (Bermuda Sloop Foundation - Spirit of Bermuda) Remission
Order 2006

In paragraph 5 of the Customs Duty (Bermuda Sloop Foundation - Spirit of
Bermuda) Remission Order 2006 (expiry date) delete “31 July 2011” and substitute “31
March 2016”.

Commencement
This Order comes into operation on 1 April 2011.
