PARLIAMENTARY ELECTION AMENDMENT RULES 2007


The Governor, in exercise of the powers conferred under section
76 of the Parliamentary Election Act 1978, makes the following Rules:

Citation
1 These Rules may be cited as the Parliamentary Election
Amendment Rules 2007.

Amends First Schedule
2 The First Schedule to the Parliamentary Election Rules 1979 is
amended by revoking Form 5 and substituting the contents of the
Schedule to these Rules.

Instructions to Voters

1. Place an X in the blank column to the right of the photograph of the
CANDIDATE you wish to be elected.

2. Do not vote for more than ONE candidate.

3. Make no other mark on the ballot paper.

4. Fold the paper through the centre, so that your vote cannot be
seen.
