THE RESTAURANTS (TEMPORARY CUSTOMS DUTY RELIEF)
AMENDMENT ACT 2004

WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the Restaurants (Temporary
Customs Duty Relief) Act 2002:

Be it enacted by The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and
with the advice and consent of the Senate and the House of Assembly of
Bermuda, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Citation
1 This Act, which amends the Restaurants (Temporary Customs
Duty Relief) Act 2002, may be cited as the Restaurants (Temporary
Customs Duty Relief) Amendment Act 2004.

Amends section 7 of Act No 30 of 2002
2 Section 7 of the Restaurants (Temporary Customs Duty Relief)
Act 2002 is amended by deleting subparagraph (i) of subsection (2)(b)
and substituting the following subparagraph

"(i) the goods are imported on or before 31 March
2009;".
