THE MINISTERS (CHANGE OF RESPONSIBILITIES) ORDER
2000

In exercise of the power conferred upon her by subsection 1(1) of
the Ministers (Change of Responsibilities and Style) Act 1974 the Premier
makes the following Order:—

Citation
1 This Order may be cited as the Ministers (Change of
Responsibilities) Order 2000.

Reference to Minister
2 (1) In section 1 of the Bermuda National Library Act 1946, for
the definition of "Minister" there shall be substituted—

" "the Minister" means the Minister for the time being
responsible for Libraries".
