THE GOVERNMENT FEES AMENDMENT (No.3) REGULATIONS
2000

The Minister of Finance in exercise of the powers conferred upon
him by section 2(1) of the Government Fees Act 1965, makes the
following Regulations:

Citation and commencement
1 These Regulations which amend the Government Fees
Regulations 1976 may be cited as the Government Fees Amendment
(No.3) Regulations 2000 and shall come into operation on a day to be
appointed by the Minister of Finance by notice published in the Gazette.

Inserts new paragraph in Head 32 in Schedule to S.R. & O. 24/1976
2 The Schedule to the Government Fees Regulations 1976 is
amended by inserting next after paragraph 13 in Head 32 the following
new paragraph:

GOVERNMENT FEES AMENDMENT (NO.3) REGULATIONS

"(13A) Issuing personalized motor car identification
plates $33.00"
