THE BERMUDA BAR ASSOCIATION (ORGANIZATION)
AMENDMENT RULES 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred upon it by section 9 of the
Bermuda Bar Act 1974, the Bar Council makes the following rules:

Citation
1 These Rules may be cited as the Bermuda Bar Association
(Organization) Amendment Rules 2000.

Amendment of rule 10 of SR&0 45/1975
2 Rule 10 of the Bermuda Bar Association (Organization) Rules
1975 is amended by deleting the Fee Table and substituting the following
Fee Table—

"Fee Table

1 Members of less than ten years admission to
the Bar (on 30 November of the current year) $350.00

2 Members of ten years or more but less than
twenty years admission to the Bar (on 30
November of the current year) $550.00

3 Members of twenty years or more years
admission to the Bar (on 30 November of the
current year)

$600.00

4 Registered Associates $250.00

5 Retired members or members otherwise not in
active practice in Bermuda Nil."
