THE BERMUDA BAR (PRACTISING CERTIFICATE)
AMENDMENT RULES 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred upon it by section 9 of the
Bermuda Bar Act 1974, the Bar Council makes the following rules:

Citation
1 These Rules, which amend the Bermuda Bar (Practising
Certificate) Rules 1984, may be cited as the Bermuda Bar (Practising
Certificate) Amendment Rules 2000.

Amendment of Form 1 in Schedule to BR 62/1984
2 Form 1 in the Schedule to the Bermuda Bar (Practising
Certificate) Rules 1984 is amended by inserting next after paragraph 6
the following—

"7 I have in the previous twelve months ending 31 October, 20
[blank] complied with the requirements of the Continuing Legal
Education Programme approved by the Bar Council.".
