TRAFFIC OFFENCES PROCEDURE ACT 1974

THE TRAFFIC OFFENCES PROCEDURE ACT 1974 (CHANGE
OF DESIGNATION) ORDER 1999

The Minister of Transport, in exercise of the power conferred on
him under section 23(1) of the Traffic Offences Procedure Act 1974,
makes the following Order:

Citation
1 This Order may be cited as the Traffic Offences Procedure Act
1974 (Change of Designation) Order 1999.

Amends Schedule 1 of the Traffic Offences Procedure Act 1974
2 The Traffic Offences Procedure Act 1974 is amended in Schedule
1 by deleting from the designation "Exceeding speed limit contrary to
Road Traffic Act 1947 section 7(5)" the words "section 7(5)" and
substituting the words "section 7(4)".
