THE PUBLIC SERVICE SUPERANNUATION ACT 1981
(APPLICATION) AMENDMENT ORDER 1999

The Minister in exercise of the power conferred upon him by
section 3(1)(l) of the Public Service Superannuation Act 1981, makes the
following Order:

Citation
1 This Order which amends the Public Service Superannuation Act
1981 (Application) Order 1985 may be cited as the Public Service
Superannuation Act 1981 (Application) Amendment Order 1999.

Amends BR 35/1985
2 The Public Service Superannuation Act 1981 (Application) Order
1985 is amended in paragraph 2—

(a) by deleting the full stop at the end of paragraph (e) and
substituting the words "; and"; and

(b) by inserting next after paragraph (e) the following—

"(f) the CedarBridge Academy, other than teachers,
with effect from 1 April 1997.".
