THE MISCELLANEOUS TAXES (RATES) ACT 1980

SCHEDULE 2 AMENDMENT ORDER 1999

The Minister of Tourism in exercise of the powers conferred by
section 9A(2) of the Miscellaneous Taxes (Rates) Act 1980 makes the
following Order::

Citation and commencement
1 This Order may be cited as the Miscellaneous Taxes (Rates)
Schedule 2 Amendment Order 1999 and shall be deemed to have come
into operation on April 16, 1999.

Amendment of Schedule 2
2 Schedule 2 to the Miscellaneous Taxes (Rates) Act 1980 is
amended by deleting the words "The Norwegian Crown".
