THE MARINE AND PORTS AUTHORITY (PORT DUES)
AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Ports Authority by
section 76(b) of the Marine Board Act 1962, the following Regulations are
made:

Citation and commencement
1 These Regulations which amend the Marine and Ports Authority
(Port Dues) Regulations 1969 may be cited as the Marine and Ports
Authority (Port Dues) Amendment Regulations 1999 and shall come into
operation on 1 April 1999.

Amends regulation 2(1)
2 Regulation 2(1) of the Marine & Ports Authority (Port Dues)
Regulations 1969 is amended by deleting the words "four hundred and
twenty dollars" and "eight dollars and ninety cents" and substituting
therefor respectively the words "four hundred and forty dollars" and
"nine dollars and thirty cents".
