THE COMPANIES ACT 1981 (NINTH SCHEDULE) ORDER 1999

The Minister, in exercise of the power conferred on him by
section 4A(2) of the Companies Act 1981, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement
1 This Order may be cited as the Companies Act 1981 (Ninth
Schedule) Order 1999 and shall come into operation on 29 March 1999.

Amends Ninth Schedule
2 The Ninth Schedule to the Companies Act 1981 is revoked and
the following is substituted—

NINTH SCHEDULE (Section 4A)

RESTRICTED BUSINESS ACTIVITIES

Restricted business activities are any business activity which is
not specified in paragraphs (b) to (n) and (p) to (v) of the Second
Schedule.".
