THE ROAD TRAFFIC AMENDMENT ACT 1997
COMMENCEMENT DAY NOTICE 1998

The Minister of Transport, in exercise of the power conferred
upon him by section 1 of the Road Traffic Amendment Act 1997, gives
the following Notice:—

Citation
1 This Notice may be cited as the Road Traffic Amendment Act
1997 Commencement Day Notice 1998.

Commencement
2 The 16th day of January 1998 is appointed as the day on which
the Road Traffic Amendment Act 1997 comes into operation.
