PRIVATE ROADS (IMPROVEMENT) ACT 1969 (SCHEDULE)
AMENDMENT ORDER 1998

The Minister, in exercise of the power conferred upon him by
section 17A of the Private Roads (Improvement) Act 1969 makes the
following Order:

Citation and commencement
1 This Order may be cited as the Private Roads (Improvement) Act
1969 (Schedule) Amendment Order 1998 and shall come into operation
on the date of publication in the Gazette.

Amendment
2 The Schedule to the Private Roads (Improvement) Act 1969 is
amended in paragraph 3 by deleting the figure "7,000" and substituting
the figure "10,000".
