MARINE AND PORTS AUTHORITY (PORT DUES) AMENDMENT
REGULATIONS 1998

The Ports Authority in exercise of the power conferred upon it by
section 76 of the Marine Board Act 1962 makes the following
Regulations:

Citation and commencement
1 These Regulations which amend the Marine and Ports Authority
(Port Dues) Regulations 1969 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal
Regulations") may be cited as the Marine and Ports Authority (Port Dues)
Amendment Regulations 1998 and shall come into operation on 1 April
1998.

Amends regulation 1 of principal Regulations
2 Regulation 1 of the principal Regulations is amended by
inserting next after the words "in respect of every ship" the words ", other
than a ship referred to in section 25(2) of the Marine Board Act 1962,".
