THE MAINTENANCE ORDERS (RECIPROCAL ENFORCEMENT)
(DESIGNATION) AMENDMENT ORDER 1998

The Governor in exercise of the power conferred upon him by
section 15 of the Maintenance Orders (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act 1974
makes the following Order:—

Citation
1 This Order which amends the Maintenance Orders (Reciprocal
Enforcement) (Designation) Order 1975 may be cited as the Maintenance
Orders (Reciprocal Enforcement) (Designation) Amendment Order 1998.

Designation Maryland, New Jersey and Ohio: S.R. & O. No. 66 of
1975
2 The Schedule to the Maintenance Orders (Reciprocal
Enforcement) (Designation) Order 1975 is amended—

(a) by inserting in the appropriate alphabetical order in the
first column the names of the following States—

"The State of Maryland

The State of New Jersey

The State of Ohio";

(b) by inserting opposite each such name in the second
column the following—

"Maintenance Orders generally".
