ORDER 1998

The Minister in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by
section 7(2) of the Housing Allowance Act 1988 makes the following
Order:

Citation and commencement
1 This Order may be cited as the Housing Allowance (Low-Income
Cutoff Level) Order 1998 and shall come into operation on 1 April 1998.
