THE FISHERIES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 3) 1998

The Minister in exercise of the power conferred on him by section
13 of the Fisheries Act 1972 makes the following Regulations:

Citation and Commencement
1 These Regulations which amend the Fisheries Regulations 1972
("the principal Regulations") may be cited as the Fisheries Amendment
Regulations (No. 3) 1998 and come into operation on 22nd day of
September 1998.

Amendment of regulation 1
2 Regulation 1 of the principal Regulations is amended in the
definition of "owner" by the addition of the words "or a demise
charterparty".
