THE GOVERNMENT FEES AMENDMENT (NO. 2)
REGULATIONS 1995

In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 2(1) of
the Government Fees Act 1965 or otherwise, the Minister of Finance
makes the following Regulations:

Citation
1 These Regulations may be cited as the Government Fees
Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 1995.

Amendment of Head 3 in S.R. & O. No 24 of 1976
2 Subject to regulation 3, Head 3 in the Schedule to the
Government Fees Regulations 1976 is amended by deleting "20%" from
paragraph (10) and substituting "22%".

Application
3 Regulation 2 has effect in relation to licences issued on or after
1st January 1996.
