BERMUDA AIR TERMINAL (FEES) AMENDMENT
REGULATIONS 1996

The Minister, in exercise of the power conferred upon him by
section 6(2)(k) of the Civil Airports Act 1949, makes the following
Regulations:—

Citation
1 These Regulations, which amend the Bermuda Air Terminal
(Fees) Regulations 1952 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal
Regulations"), may be cited as the Bermuda Air Terminal (Fees)
Amendment Regulations 1996.

Amends Third Schedule to the principal Regulations
2 The Third Schedule to the principal Regulations is amended

by deleting "$0.48" therefrom and substituting "$0.96.".

Commencement
3 These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 January 1997.
