MOTOR CAR AMENDMENT (No. 2) ACT 1995

WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the Motor Car Act 1951:

Be it enacted by The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and
with the advice and consent of the Senate and the House of Assembly of
Bermuda, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Short title and commencement
1 This Act which amends the Motor Car Act 1951 may be cited as
the Motor Car Amendment (No.2) Act 1995 and shall come into operation
on 1 April 1995.

Amends Second Schedule
2 The Second Schedule to the Motor Car Act 1951 is amended—

(a) by deleting all the words and figures under the heading
"A MOTOR CYCLES (INCLUDING SCOOTERS)" and
substituting the following:

"Where the engine capacity—

does not exceed 100 c.c. $49.80

exceeds 100 c.c. but does
not exceed 125 c.c. $57.80

exceeds 125 c.c. but does
not exceed 150 c.c. $93.60"; and

(b) by deleting all the words and figures under the heading
"B PRIVATE MOTOR CARS AND INSTRUCTIONAL
VEHICLES" and substituting the following:
