MUNICIPALITIES AMENDMENT ACT 1994

WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the Municipalities Act 1923:

Be it enacted by The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and
with the advice and consent of the Senate and the House of Assembly of
Bermuda, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Short title
1 This Act may be cited as the the Municipalities Amendment Act
1994.

Amendment of s37(1) of Act No. 33 of 1923
2 Section 37(1) of the Municipalities Act 1923 is amended by
deleting "five" and "seven hundred and twenty thousand" and
substituting "twenty" and "one million" respectively.
