PUBLIC CARRIAGE (EQUIPMENT, LICENCES, ETC.)
AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1993

The Minister in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by
section 3 of the Public Carriage Act 1949 makes the following
Regulations:

Citation
1 These Regulations which amend the Public Carriage (Equipment,
Licences, Etc.) Regulations 1950 may be cited as the Public Carriage
(Equipment, Licences, Etc.) Amendment Regulations 1993.

Amendments
2 Regulation 8(2)(c) of the Public Carriage (Equipment, Licences,
Etc.) Regulations 1950 is amended by deleting the words "of $1" and
substituting therefor the words "prescribed by the Act".
