Minister in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section
12 of the Government Employees (Health Insurance) Act 1986 makes
the following Order:

Citation and commencement
1 This Order may be cited as the Government Employees (Health
Insurance) (Rates) Order 1993 and shall come into operation on 1st April
1993.

Rates
2 The rates of contribution to be paid by or in respect of an
insured person shall be as specified in the Schedule.

Revokes BR 8/92
3 The Government Employees (Health Insurance) (Rates) Order
1992 is revoked.

entitled to a subsidy under the

For each adult who is insured else-
where for no more than Standard
Hospital Benefit, fringe benefits only 27.82 6.42
