THE FISHERIES (PROTECTED AREAS) AMENDMENT ORDER
1993

In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Minister by section
4 of the Fisheries Act 1972, the following order is hereby made:

Citation
1 This Order which amends the Fisheries (Protected Areas) Order
1990 may be cited as the Fisheries (Protected Areas) Amendment Order
1993.

Amendments
2 The Fisheries (Protected Areas) Order 1990 is amended—

(a) in paragraph 2(k), for the figures "25.8" substitute the
figures "28.5";

(b) in paragraph 3(b), for the words "30th September"
substitute the words "31st August".
