EXEMPTED PARTNERSHIPS (PROHIBITION OF
REGISTRATION) ORDER 1993

In exercise of the power conferred upon the Minister of Finance
by section 8(5) of the Exempted Partnerships Act 1992, the following
Order is hereby made:

Citation
1 This Order may be cited as the Exempted Partnerships
(Prohibition Of Registration) Order 1993.

Prohibition of registration
2 The registration of an exempted partnership the capital of which
is less than U.S. $12,000 or, where the capital is specified in a currency
other than United States currency, less than the equivalent in that
currency of U.S. $12,000, is hereby prohibited.
