CRIMINAL CODE (SEXUAL OFFENCES) AMENDMENT ACT
1993 COMMENCEMENT DAY NOTICE 1993

In exercise of the power conferred upon the Premier by section
13 of the Criminal Code (Sexual Offences) Amendment Act 1993, the
following Notice is hereby given:—

Citation
1 This Notice may be cited as the Criminal Code (Sexual Offences)
Amendment Act 1993 Commencement Day Notice 1993.

Commencement day
2 The 1st day of June 1993 is appointed as the day on which the
Criminal Code (Sexual Offences) Amendment Act 1993 shall come into
operation.

Given this 3rd day of May, 1993.
