THE AQUARIUM, MUSEUM AND ZOO AMENDMENT
REGULATIONS 1993

In exercise of the power conferred upon him by section 50 of the
Agriculture Act 1930, the Minister responsible for Agriculture and
Fisheries makes the following Regulations:

Citation
1 These Regulations may be cited as the Aquarium, Museum And
Zoo Amendment Regulations 1993.

Revokes and replaces Regulation 4 of S.R.&O. No. 10 of 1974
2 Regulation 4 of the Aquarium, Museum and Zoo Regulations
1974 is revoked and the following is substituted—

"Admission Fees
4 The following fees are prescribed for admission to the
Aquarium, Museum and Zoo—

(a) Adults $6

(b) Adults (upon presenting satisfactory proof
that they are residents of Bermuda and over
65 years of age) $3

(c) Any person (upon presenting a valid special
person's card issued by the Transport
Control Department) $3

(d) Members of any Armed Forces (in uniform) $3

(e) Children 5 to 12 years inclusive $3

(f) Children under 5 years Free

(g) Members of the Bermuda Zoological Society Free

(h) School children when attended by a teacher
and at such times and in such numbers as
may be previously arranged with the
Curator Free."

Commencement
3 These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 April 1994.
