SOCIAL INVESTMENT FUND ACT (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER

(Section 1 (2))

1. This Order may be cited as the

SOCIAL INVESTMENT FUND ACT (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER.

2. In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 1 (2) of the Social Investment Fund Act and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, MANUEL ESQUIVEL, Minister of Economic Development, do hereby appoint the lst day of May, 1996, as the day on which the said Act shall come into force.
