CARIBBEAN INVESTMENT FUND ACT (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER

(Section 7)

[15th July, 2000.]

1. This Order may be cited as the

CARIBBEAN INVESTMENT FUND ACT (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER.

2. In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 7 of the Caribbean Investment Fund Act and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I , RALPH FONSECA, Minister responsible for Investment, do hereby appoint the 14th day of July, 2000, as the day on which the said Act shall come into force.
