1. This Order may be cited as the

PREVENTION OF CORRUPTION IN PUBLIC LIFE ACT (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER.

2. In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 37 of the Prevention of Corruption in Public Life Act and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, MANUEL ESQUIVEL, Prime Minister, do hereby appoint the 1st day of January, 1995 as the day on which the said Act shall come into force.
