MARITIME AREAS ACT (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER (Section 1)

[30th January, 1992]

1. This Order may be cited as the

MARITIME AREAS ACT (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER.

2. In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 1 (2) of the Maritime Areas Act and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, FLORENCIO MARIN, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, do hereby appoint the 30th day of January, 1992 as the day on which the said Act shall come into force.
