Commencement

Principal Rules

(AMENDMENT) - RULE 3
Indorsement of notice as to stay of proceedings
3. (1) Rule 6 of Order 4 of the Principal Rules is amended: (a) by omitting from paragraph (3) (a) "$333" and substituting "$337"; and (b) by omitting from subrule (4) "$377" (wherever occurring) and substituting "$382". (AMENDMENT) - RULE 4
Scale of costs
4. Rule 7 of Order 65 is amended: (a) by omitting from subrule (5) "on or after 1 December 1986" and substituting "during the period that commenced on 1 December 1986 and ended at the expiration of 31 May 1987"; and (b) by adding at the end the following subrule: "(6) The amount that may be claimed under the Fourth Schedule (except under item 36 or 37) in respect of work done or services performed on or after 1 June 1987 is increased by 14.47%.".
