Commencement

Principal Rules

(AMENDMENT) - RULE 3
Indorsement of notice as to stay of proceedings
3. (1) Rule 6 of Order 4 of the Principal Rules is amended- (a) by omitting from paragraph (3) (a) ''$252'' and substituting ''$263''; and (b) by omitting from sub-rule (4) ''$292'' (wherever occurring) and substituting ''$307''. (2) The amendments effected by sub-rule (1) apply to writs issued on or after 1 March 1986. 1986 No. 26 RULES OF THE SUPREME COURT OF THE AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORY
(AMENDMENT) - RULE 4
Scale of costs
4. Rule 7 of Order 65 is amended by adding at the end the following sub-rule: ''(4) The amount that may be claimed under the Fourth Schedule (except under item 36 or 37) in respect of work done or services performed on or after 1 March 1986 is increased by 8.21%.''.
