Commencement

Fees in respect of fixed stations, Class C
2. Fees in respect of certain stations used in the operation of commercial
television stations
3. Regulation 4 of the Radiocommunications Licence Fees Regulations is amended- (a) by omitting from sub-regulation (1) the definition of "relevant licence" and substituting the following definition: " 'relevant licence' means a licence, being a fixed receiving station licence or a fixed station, Class C, licence, that is granted or renewed during the prescribed period for a period not exceeding 12 months in duration;"; (b) by omitting paragraph (3) (a) and substituting the following paragraph: "(a) in relation to the operation of which there are used- (i) one or more fixed receiving stations; and (ii) one or more fixed stations, Class C; and "; and (c) by omitting paragraph (5) (a) and substituting the following paragraph: "(a) in relation to the operation of which there are used- (i) one or more fixed receiving stations; and (ii) one or more fixed stations, Class C; and". 1984 No. 222 RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS LICENCE FEES REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 4
