The Australian Fisheries Management Authority makes this Determination under section 11 of the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery Management Plan 2003. Dated 19 December 2005 The Common Seal of the Australian Fisheries Management Authority was affixed in accordance with a resolution of the Board MILICA MILANJA  
     
1              Name of Determination                 This Determination is the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery (Quota Species) Total Allowable Catch (Fishing Year 2006) Determination 2005.
2              Commencement                 This Determination commences on the day after it is registered.
3              Meaning of certain expressions                 An expression used in this Determination that is used in the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery Management Plan 2003 has the same meaning in this Determination as in that Plan.
4              Determination of total allowable catch for each quota species in the Fishery                 The total allowable catch for each quota species for the fishing year beginning on 1 January 2006 is:
