1              Name of Regulations                 These Regulations are the Health Insurance (Diagnostic Imaging Services Table) Amendment Regulations 2005 (No. 5). 2              Commencement                 These Regulations commence, or are taken to have commenced, as follows:                 (a)    on 1 November 2005 — regulations 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;                (b)    on 1 January 2006 — Schedule 2. 3              Amendment of Health Insurance (Diagnostic Imaging Services Table) Regulations 2005                 Schedules 1 and 2 amend the Health Insurance (Diagnostic Imaging Services Table) Regulations 2005.
