FISHERIES MANAGEMENT ACT 1991 SOUTHERN AND EASTERN SCALEFISH AND SHARK FISHERY MANAGEMENT PLAN 2003 2006 SESSF TAC D2 SOUTHERN AND EASTERN SCALEFISH AND SHARK FISHERY TOTAL ALLOWABLE CATCH DETERMINATION FOR NON-QUOTA SPECIES – 2006 SEASON The Australian Fisheries Management Authority makes the following determination under section 11 of Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery Management Plan 2003. Dated this   2nd      day of December 2005 The Common seal of the Australian Fisheries Management Authority was affixed in accordance with a resolution of the Board _Peter Witheridge_______________     Citation 1.       This Determination may be cited as the 2006 SESSF TAC D2. Commencement 2.       This Determination commences on the day after registration on the Federal Register  of Legislative Instruments. Interpretation 3.             3.  A term used in this Determination: (a.)  Takes the meaning given to it in the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery Management Plan 2003; or (b.)    If no meaning is given to the term in the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery Management Plan 2003, takes the meaning given to that term under the Fisheries Management Act 1991. Determination of total allowable catch 4.             The total allowable catches for non-quota species in the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery for the period 1 January 2006 to 31 December 2006, by the method of trawl and in the area of the East Coast Deepwater Trawl Sector are:
