  COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999   Amendment - List of Specimens Taken to be Suitable for Live Import – s303EB   I, Ian Gordon Campbell, Minister for the Environment and Heritage, pursuant to paragraph 303EC(1)(a) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, include the following item in Part 2 of the list of specimens taken to be suitable for live import, established under s303EB of the EPBC Act, under the heading Vertebrate Animals, Class: Aves (Birds), in its appropriate alphabetical position:

For eligible non-commercial purposes only. Specimens and progeny must be micro-chipped and a DNA sample kept and provided to the Australian Government on request.
