SPECIFICATION OF POST OFFICE BOX ADDRESS AND ADDRESS FOR COURIER DELIVERY UNDER VARIOUS PROVISIONS OF SCHEDULE 1 TO THE MIGRATION REGULATIONS 1994
                                                                   I, AMANDA VANSTONE, Minister for Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs, acting under regulation 1.17 and various provisions of Schedule 1 to the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’) hereby:   1.       REVOKE the following instruments: (a)    Specification of post office box address and address for courier delivery for the purposes of paragraph 1212A(3)(j) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, signed on 17 June 2004; (b)   Specification of post office box address and address for courier delivery for the purposes of subparagraphs 1218A(3)(b)(i) and 1218A(3)(b)(ii) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, signed on 17 June 2004;  and (c)    Approval of post office box and courier delivery address for the purposes of Schedule 1 subparagraphs 1128AA(3)(aa), 1128B(3)(aa), 1128BA(3)(h), 1128C(3)(aa), 1128CA(3)(c) and 1128D(3)(aa) of the Regulations signed on 16 October 2001;   2.       SPECIFY the following post office box address for the purposes of subparagraphs 1128AA(3)(aa)(i), 1128B(3)(aa)(i), 1128BA(3)(h)(i), 1128C(3)(aa)(i), 1128CA(3)(c)(i), 1128D(3)(aa)(i), 1212A(3)(j)(i) and 1218A(3)(b)(i) of the Regulations:   Adelaide Skilled Processing Centre Department of Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs GPO Box 1638 ADELAIDE SA 5001 AUSTRALIA   3.             SPECIFY the following address as the address for courier delivery for the purposes of subparagraphs 1128AA(3)(aa)(ii), 1128B(3)(aa)(ii), 1128BA(3)(h)(ii), 1128C(3)(aa)(ii), 1128CA(3)(c)(ii), 1128D(3)(aa)(ii), 1212A(3)(j)(ii) and 1218A(3)(b)(ii) of the Regulations:   Adelaide Skilled Processing Centre Department of Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs 4th Floor 55 Currie Street ADELAIDE SA 5000 AUSTRALIA   This notice takes effect on and from 22 October 2005.   Dated             10 October                          2005.           AMANDA VANSTONE Minister for Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs                                         [NOTE 1:  Regulation 1.17 of the Regulations provides that the Minister may, by notice published in the Gazette, specify matters required by individual provisions of the Regulations to be specified for the purposes of those provisions. NOTE 2:   Paragraph 1212A(3)(j) of the Regulations provides that an application for a Graduate Skilled (Temporary) (Class UQ) visa must be made by posting the application to the post office box address specified by the Minister, or by having the application delivered by a courier service to the address specified by the Minister. NOTE 3:   Paragraph 1218A(3)(b) of the Regulations provides that an application for a Skilled – Independent Regional (Provisional) (Class UX) visa must be made by posting the application to the post office box address specified by the Minister, or by having the application delivered by a courier service to the address specified by the Minister. NOTE 4:   Paragraph 1128AA(3)(aa) of the Regulations provides that an application for a Skill Matching (Migrant) (Class BR) visa must be made by posting the application to the post office box address specified by the Minister, or by having the application delivered by a courier service to the address specified by the Minister. NOTE 5:   Paragraph 1128B(3)(aa) of the Regulations provides that an application for a Skilled – Australian-sponsored (Migrant) (Class BQ) visa must be made by posting the application to the post office box address specified by the Minister, or by having the application delivered by a courier service to the address specified by the Minister. NOTE 6:   Paragraph 1128BA(3)(h) of the Regulations provides that an application for a Skilled – Australian-sponsored Overseas Student (Residence) (Class DE) visa must be made by posting the application to the post office box address specified by the Minister, or by having the application delivered by a courier service to the address specified by the Minister. NOTE 7:   Paragraph 1128C(3)(aa) of the Regulations provides that an application for a Skilled – Independent (Migrant) (Class BN) visa must be made by posting the application to the post office box address specified by the Minister, or by having the application delivered by a courier service to the address specified by the Minister. NOTE 8:   Paragraph 1128CA(3)(c) of the Regulations provides that an application for a Skilled – Independent Overseas Student (Residence) (Class DD) visa must be made by posting the application to the post office box address specified by the Minister, or by having the application delivered by a courier service to the address specified by the Minister. NOTE 9:   Paragraph 1128D(3)(aa) of the Regulations provides that an application for a Skilled – New Zealand Citizen (Residence) (Class DB) visa must be made by posting the application to the post office box address specified by the Minister, or by having the application delivered by a courier service to the address specified by the Minister.]
