1              Name of Variation                 This Variation is the Telecommunications Numbering Plan Variation 2005 (No. 2). 2              Commencement                 This Variation commences as follows:                 (a)    on the commencement of the Telecommunications Service Provider (Mobile Premium Services) Determination 2005 (No. 1) — sections 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;                (b)    on the day when section 3.3 of the Telecommunications Service Provider (Mobile Premium Services) Determination 2005 (No. 1) starts to apply in accordance with section 3.2 of the Determination — Schedule 2. 3              Variation of Telecommunications Numbering Plan 1997                 Schedules 1 and 2 vary the Telecommunications Numbering Plan 1997.
