    Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Exemption) Determination No. 1 of 2001 (Amendment No. 1 of 2005)   I, HELEN LLOYD COONAN, Minister for Communications, Information Technology and the Arts, make the following Determination under paragraph 51(1)(c) of the Telecommunications Act 1997. Dated 21 June 2005.   HELEN COONAN Minister for Communications, Information Technology and the Arts _________________________________________________________ 1               Name of Determination This Determination is the Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Exemption) Determination No. 1 of 2001 (Amendment No. 1 of 2005). 2               Commencement This Determination commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments. 3     Amendment of the Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Exemption) Determination No. 1 of 2001 Schedule 1 amends the Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Exemption) Determination No. 1 of 2001.
