Commencement 2. This Determination commences on the day after it is registered. Interpretation 3. A term used in this Determination: (a.) Takes the meaning given to it in the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery Management Plan 2003; or (b.) If no meaning is given to the term in the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery Management Plan 2003, takes the meaning given to that term under the Fisheries Management Act 1991.
