FISHERIES MANAGEMENT ACT 1991 SOUTHERN AND EASTERN SCALEFISH AND SHARK FISHERY MANAGEMENT PLAN 2003 SESSF TAC D1 SOUTHERN AND EASTERN SCALEFISH AND SHARK FISHERY TOTAL ALLOWABLE CATCH DETERMINATION – 2005 SEASON I, Richard McLoughlin, Managing Director, acting as a delegate of the Australian Fisheries Management Authority makes the following determination under section 11 of Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery Management Plan 2003.   Dated this 4th day of May 2005   Richard McLoughlin _________________________________ Richard McLoughlin     ________________ Citation 1.       This Determination may be cited as the 2005 SESSF TAC D1. Commencement 2.       This Determination commences on the day after it is registered. Interpretation 3.             A term used in this Determination: (a.)  Takes the meaning given to it in the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery Management Plan 2003; or (b.)    If no meaning is given to the term in the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery Management Plan 2003, takes the meaning given to that term under the Fisheries Management Act 1991. Determination of total allowable catch 4.             The total allowable catches for quota species in the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery for the 2005 fishing year are:
