    Chief Operating Officer 10 March 2005 Exemption — acrobatic night flights at The Australian International Air Show
1          Duration           This instrument: (a)   commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments; and (b)   ceases to have effect at the end of 20 March 2005. 2          Application             This instrument applies to operations: (a)   at The Australian International Air Show 2005, organised by AirShows DownUnder and held at Avalon, Victoria, from 11 March 2005 to 20 March 2005, inclusive; and (b)   by each pilot, mentioned in Schedule 1, as pilot in command of the aircraft mentioned for the pilot in Schedule 1; and (c)   that are approved by AirShows DownUnder. 3          Exemption Each pilot is exempt from compliance with paragraph 155 (1) (a) of CAR 1988.
