Australian Fisheries Management Authority   _______________________ Citation 1.       This Determination may be cited as Determination No. BSCZSFD 01. Commencement and period of application 2.       This Determination applies from 1 May 2005 and ends on 20 December 2005. Interpretation 3.       A term used in this Determination by way or priority, or if there is any inconsistency: (a)          takes the meaning given to it in the Bass Strait Central Zone Scallop Fishery Management Plan 2002; and then (b)          if no meaning is given to the word in the Bass Strait Central Zone Scallop Fishery Management Plan 2002, takes the meaning given to that word under the Fisheries Management Act 1991. Determination of total allowable catch 4.       The total allowable catch of commercial scallops that may be taken in the Bass Strait Central Zone Scallop Fishery is 1,000 tonnes.
