1              Name of Determination                 This Determination is the Radiocommunications (Charges) Amendment Determination 2006 (No. 1).
2              Commencement                 This Determination commences on the day after it is registered.
3              Amendment of Radiocommunications (Charges) Determination 2006                 Schedule 1 amends the Radiocommunications (Charges) Determination 2006.

Schedule 1        Amendments (section 3)    [1]           Section 4, after the definition of accredited person insert aeronautical assigned system station has the same meaning as in the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Aeronautical Licence) Determination No. 1 of 1997. [2]           Schedule 2, Part 7, after item 7.1 insert
