Commonwealth of Australia                                                        Migration Regulations 1994   ADDRESSES FOR APPLICATIONS FOR PARENT (MIGRANT) (CLASS AX) VISAS (REGULATION 1124(3)(aa))   I, ANDREW ROBB, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Immigration and Multicultural Affairs, acting under regulation 1.17 and paragraph 1124(3)(aa) of the Migration Regulations 1994 ("the Regulations"):   1.                  REVOKE the Instrument signed 26 September 2002 that specifies post office box and courier delivery addresses for the purposes of paragraph 1124(3)(aa) of the Regulations.   2.                  SPECIFY the following address as the post office box address for the purposes of subparagraph 1124(3)(aa)(i):   Perth Office Parents Centre Locked Bag 7 NORTHBRIDGE  WA  6865   3.                  SPECIFY the following address as the courier address for the purposes of subparagraph 1124(3)(aa)(ii):    Perth Office Parents Centre Level 3 166 Murray Street PERTH  WA  6000   This Instrument commences on 1 July 2006.   Dated               11 June            2006   ANDREW ROBB Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Immigration and Multicultural Affairs     [NOTE 1: Regulation 1.17 provides that the Minister may, by notice published in the Gazette, specify matters required by individual provisions of the Regulations to be specified for the purposes of those provisions.
