1.                                          legislative provisions 1.1.                                    Name of Legislative Instrument 1.1.1.                              This instrument is the Vehicle Standard (Australian Design Rule 22/00 – Head Restraints) 2006 Amendment 1. 1.1.2.                              This instrument may also be cited as Australian Design Rule 22/00 — Head Restraints Amendment 1. 1.2.                                    Commencement 1.2.1.                              This instrument commences on the day after it is registered. 2.                                          amendment of vehicle standard 2.1.                                    The changes specified in section 3 amend Vehicle Standard (Australian Design Rule 22/00 – Head Restraints) 2006. 3.                                          amendments 3.1.                                    Clause C2. (former), renumber as clause C3. 3.2.                                    Insert new clause C2. to read: “C2.                 Vehicles certified to Australian Design Rule (ADR) 3/03 or a later version need not comply with this rule.”
