1              Name of Notice                 This Notice is the Telecommunications Labelling (Customer Equipment and Customer Cabling) Amendment Notice 2006 (No. 1). 2              Commencement                 This Notice commences on the day after it is registered. Note   Registration is undertaken in accordance with the Legislative Instruments Act 2003. 3              Amendment of Telecommunications Labelling (Customer Equipment and Customer Cabling) Notice 2001                 Schedule 1 amends the Telecommunications Labelling (Customer Equipment and Customer Cabling) Notice 2001.

Schedule 1        Amendments (section 3)    [1]           Section 1.4 omit In this Notice, insert          (1)   In this Notice, [2]           Section 1.4, definition of accreditation body, including the note substitute accreditation body means a specified person or association that is determined by ACMA, under subsection 409 (1) of the Act, to be an accreditation body for section 409 of the Act.
